Feeling once you're all unpacked and settled in the new place? Priceless.(Good luck with your move!)

Looking forward to that. And to seeing our stuff in the place, which is currently empty.

Wet blanket warning: I spent about 4 hours this weekend trying to get my 3 month old lawnmower to start. Then my next-door neighbor volunteered to mow it for me (and he did). That was nice, but he seemed a little too eager. Is my lawn an eyesore? The joys of ownership.

I feel your pain, PLS.The inspection is Wednesday for the house that we are in the process of buying. Because we sold our old house last month (woohoo), we already moved once (into the rental house). Moving Part 2 is probably coming up late September or early October.

'cat hair tumbleweed' haha, perfectly descriptive!Last time I moved, I did what I could and then let the movers do the rest. Pricey, and yet priceless.

We painted our bedroom about a year ago and had to move a large chest of drawers away from the wall. Behind it, we found a pile of dog hair that was bigger than our 45lb dog [shudder].Good luck with the big move!
